A perfect day is a day spent with my family,

a walk in the springtime,a home-cooked meal,

cuddling up with the kids for a story at bedtime,

snuggling up to my love, and visiting another world.

Sometimes I visit the worlds of other wonderful writers.

Other times, that other world is my own creation.

Either way, I grow a better appreciation of

the world around me.

Creating worlds isn't easy!

But it is fascinating and fabulous.

It is writing...

My hobby, my passion, and my escape.

One of the few things in this world

that I love more than ice cream!
